Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2025-14 Amending Title 10, Chapter 43, Subsection 6 regarding height standards. 2. Ordinance ZC25-14 a Zone Change located at 2085 S 700 West from R1-15 to R1-15 with special provisions under a development agreement. 3. Ordinance ZC25-15 Dixie Power Zone Change located at 3700 Bash Pkwy from R1-8 to PF. 4. Ordinance 2025-15 Amending Title 10, Chapters 12-17 regarding updates to the allowed-use tables. 5. Ordinance Amending Title 10, Chapter 43 regarding the approval authority for site plans for Mobile Home/Recreational Vehicle Parks.
