PUBLIC NOTICE; hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Office Building at 734 North Center Street in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following:

- Discussion & Consideration of Minutes of June 11, 2025
- Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc.
- Review Of Usage for Crecent Energy/Javelin Per Contract
- Discussion of the RWAU Fall Conference
- Discussion & Consideration of Subdivision Connections by Cook Group Properties LLC
- Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome/Skyler Cozzins on Various Projects for The District
- Updates From District Manager
