SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Jason Gould, the duly appointed Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its June 17, 2025, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-15: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025 BY INCREASING THE ANTICIPATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR A GROSS INCREASE OF $4,689,300.
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-16: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR OGDEN CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 2026-2030.
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-17: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY.
ORDINANCE NO. 2025-19: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR OGDEN CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR FROM JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026.
Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
