Thompson Special Service District 2025 Monthly Meeting Agenda Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. Thompson Springs Firehouse 101 Firehouse Lane, Thompson Springs, Utah Members of the public are welcome to attend physically. Call to order: Board Members Present: Citizens Present: Regular Monthly Meeting Agenda Citizens to Be Heard: ( 3-minute late signup session) Citizens to be Heard: ( signed up for 15-minute session New Business: Discussion and Action Items: Approve monthly meeting minutes Confirm or change the monthly meeting date for Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Resignation of board member Jenny Gleason CIB Grant/SCADA System Update -Items to be ordered: meters for drops, meters for future installations, solenoid, control valve, 6-inch check valve, Hot Tap Machine, and Metrotex Underground Water Line Locator. -SCADA Meters that still need to be installed -Trench to install residual analyzer Sanitary Survey -Padlocks for tanks -Order stuff to correct the tank venting -Installation of the vent and fan in the chlorination building. Payment for clean-up mileage to Les Thayn to empty the dump trailer and hours on clean-up. Old Business: Reports and Updates Bylaws and Rules of Operation - need new meter install prices Old Spring Site Redevelopment - on hold until dye test is completed. GWSSA proposal update Marles Oldroyd's meter installation is completed. Weed removal at the collection area is completed. Clean up report and needs for weed removal at the tank enclosure. Ordering of an additional chlorine mask. Grand County Commission Update: Jacques Hadler Water Operator Update and Report: Ryan Bell Secretary Report: Shelly Thayn Adjourn
