- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO AMEND THE FARMINGTON CITY GENERAL PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF Farmington City's intent to consider a comprehensive amendment to the General Plan. Affected entities are invited to provide information for the municipality to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the general plan amendment concerning: (i) impacts that the use of land proposed in the proposed general plan or amendment may have; and (ii) uses of land within the municipality that the affected entity is considering that may conflict with the proposed general plan or amendment; and A Public Hearing is scheduled with the Planning Commission on Thursday July 17 at 7:00 pm. The Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this matter on Thursday July 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM, or as soon after as the item can be heard. This meeting will be held at the City Offices at 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public. Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are welcome to view the meeting online and give comments via email or zoom or attend the meeting in person. The link to view the hearings live and to comment electronically can be found on the Farmington City website at www.farmington.utah.gov. Prior to the meeting, the agenda, staff report and attachments will be posted online. Please visit the Farmington City website at farmington.utah.gov.
