- NEWTON, UTAH Notice is hereby given that Newton Town Council will hold a Pickleball Courts 'pre-construction meeting' on Tuesday, July 8th at 2:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton, Utah. A field trip to the construction site at Clarke Park, at 130 South Center Newton, may be included.
