A public hearing will not be held for the following items:
1. POSTPONED - Continuance of Variance Request at Approximately 871 W 400 N - Tim Fotu, the property owner, is requesting a Variance from Ordinance 21A.24.060.E which establishes the minimum corner side yard setback to construct a single-family residential home on a narrow lot. He is also requesting a variance from 21A.24.060.F which establishes that the surface coverage of all principal and accessory buildings shall not exceed forty percent (40%) of the lot area.
