RECEIPT OF QUOTES: Sealed bids will be received at the Brigham City Offices, 980 W. Forest Street, until Noon Monday, July 14, 2025, to provide portable restrooms for Brigham City Corporation. Quotes may be emailed to soberg@bcutah.gov or via US Post to:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Brigham City Corporation will enter into a contract with a responsible vendor based upon lowest price, ability to meet requirements and references to provide portable restrooms at their annual Peach Days Event, September 3-7, 2025 , A.D.A. approved restrooms, all with hand sanitizers and hand washing facilities according to attachment A and grey water holding tanks as described in attachment B. The quotation needs to also include the service requirements for cleaning, replenishing paper supplies, filling hand sinks, placement/ pick up of grey water holding tanks, at the times noted. Awardee will be required to attend a project coordination meeting with Brigham City Public Works staff.
CONTRACT STIPULATIONS AND PENALTIES: All delivery and pick up times must be honored. Failure to clean and service portable toilets and hand sinks as per the Facility Placement Plan attached shall result in a 25% reduction in payment for each unit not cleaned or picked up by deadline.
LOCATION OF THE WORK: Various locations within Brigham City limits (see attachment A, & B).

OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
