Local Building Authority Meeting Approved Minutes June 18, 2025 The regular meeting of the Cleveland Local Building Authority began at 7:13 pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2024 at 130 W. Main, Cleveland, Utah. Those present were Mayor Shawna Horrocks, Kristen Vose, Whitney Guymon, Danae' Jensen. Absent: Chance Thompson. Item #1: Treasurer, Heather Holt, will explain budget adjustments. Heather Holt explained the line item for $30,000 from County will go into Local Grants. Item #2 Adopt 2024-2025 Budget A motion was made by Kristen Vose to adopt the 2025-2026 Budget for the Local Building Authority. Second by Whitney Guymon. Roll call vote was taken: Danae' Jensen-yes, Whitney Guymon-yes, Kristen Vose-yes, Mayor Shawna Horrocks-yes. All were in the affirmative, motion carried budget adopted. Item #2: Adjourn meeting A motion was made by Kristen Vose and seconded by Danae' Jensen to adjourn the meeting. All were in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
