Board will hold a public meeting on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale
City, Utah 84784.
Board members may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. Members of the public may
also watch the Utility Advisory Board through the scheduled Zoom meeting.

1. Consideration, discussion, and possible recommendation to the City Council to award the Maxwell
Canyon Park Utility and Access Improvements project contract to JNJ Construction Engineering, Inc.
2. Consideration, discussion, and possible recommendation to the City Councils approval of the Reservoir
Estates Subdivision.
