The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Isaac Gougler for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Crooked Fence Mill' a wool processing business out of his home located at 123 East 200 North. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Isaac Hayes for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Snow Cone Shack' a snow cone business on the Wellsville City Elementary School property located at 50 East 100 South. This location would be next to the maintenance building. Tax Id. #10-019-0060 9. General Plan Workshop; Jake Young to discuss General Plan status update. 10. Other zoning matters
