ENTERPRISE, UT 84725 ACCESS TO THIS DROP BOX IS LIMITED TO BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY, FROM 7/22/25 - 8/12/25. FROM 8 AM - NOON AND 1 - 4:30 PM
