Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on June 24, 2025.
6. APPOINTMENT to the Library Board - McKenzie Coombs
7. BUSINESS
a. Consider renewing the Franchise Agreement with Central Telcom Services, LLC.
b. Consider approving the funding for new lights at the Rotary Park, including the cost to purchase the lights, install underground wiring, and install the light poles with lights.
c. Consider approving the purchase of a new digital sign to be placed at the City Park with Sevier County Tourism Board contributing $15,000.
d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2025-5, amending the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17.13.240 Required Streets, Curb, Gutter, Sidewalks, and Trails, and Title 17.02.010 Land Use Authorities. The City is proposing various text amendments to Title 17 concerning a modified standard for required development improvements
e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2025-6, amending Title 17 of the Richfield Land Use Ordinance relating to street improvements on existing lots.
