NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, the 15th day of July 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is consider an application for a Four lot Subdivision submitted by Duangkamon Rennie to subdivide. 1.65 acres (71,699.76 sq. ft.) of property located at 4888 S, 4890 S., 4880 S. Floribunda, and 2830 E Sleepy Hollow Dr. in the R-1-10 Zone, which has a minimum lot size of 10,000 sq ft. The request is to subdivide the existing properties containing 2 lots with 2 dwelling units into 4 lots, a net increase of 2 residential lots. The proposed subdivision would add 2 new residential lots. All lots are required to meet the minimum lot standards detailed for properties within the R-1-10 Zone, found in § H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.14.040. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an application for a Two Lot Subdivision submitted by Mark Snow to subdivide. .39 acres (16.988 sq. ft.) of property located at 4585 S. Russell Street in the R-1-8 Zone, which has a minimum lot size of 8,000 sq ft. The request is to subdivide the existing property containing 1 lot with 1 dwelling units into 2 lots, a net increase of 1 residential lot. The proposed subdivision would add 1 new residential lot. Both lots are required to meet the minimum lot standards detailed for properties within the R-1-8 Zone, found in § H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.14.040. The proposed applications are available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options: 1.
