PUBLIC NOTICE Planning Commission Meeting July 16, 2025 - 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Planning Commission shall assemble for a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, located at: 5355 W HERRIMAN MAIN STREET, HERRIMAN, UTAH Information on the following agenda items is available at the Herriman City Planning Department at the above address. Public comments, questions, and concerns may be mailed to the above address or emailed to planning@herriman.gov. The Planning Commission will review the following agenda items: - Review and consider a Preliminary Subdivision Plat with twenty-seven (27) residential lots known as the Homestead at Butterfield Subdivision located generally at 13255 S Rose Canyon Road in the A-1-10 Agricultural Single Family Zone.
