Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On June 19, 2025, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance #25-06-03, which amends sections of Titles 8, 9, 18, and 19 of the Kaysville City Code; updates the City's Technical Specifications and Development Standards; revises the City's Excavation Permit; and adopts a Drainage Evaluation and Design Manual as well as a City Crosswalk Policy. The complete ordinance is available for review at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 3rd day of July, 2025.
