- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. #360, Ogden, UT from 12:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Presentation of the 2024 Calendar Year Audit 2. Closed Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 3. Discussion regarding Bennett Development Agreement and Rezone 4. Discussion regarding Transfer Station Finances 5. Discussion regarding Complex Property Tax Matter 6. Closed Session to discuss the character and competence of an individual 7. Discussion regarding the Little Mountain Sewer District services for residential development projects in the Wester Weber area 8. Discussion regarding Ogden Valley Wayfinding signage agreement extension 9.
