3. Acceptance of minutes from June 25, 2025, Approval of Agenda
4. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

c. Moderate Income Housing biannual report
6. Action Items:
a. Consider additional work on the Hyde Park City Trails (Charles Wheeler)
b. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 2025 - 11, A resolution approving Sunrise Engineering to make application to the Council of Governments for a grant to help fund the CMPO road phase II. The discussion and consideration must include funding, scope and implementation schedule.
