General Plan - Land Use Jay Baughman, Assistant City Administrator/Community Development Director, Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator The City Council and Planning Commission will discuss the Land Use Element of the General Plan, with a focus on the city's moderate income housing goals.
