The Fairfield Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on the following:
Review and consider adoption of an update to the Fairfield General Plan.
An Ordinance vacating a portion of an undeveloped right-of-way approximately located at 200 East and 220 North.
Meeting Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 7:00 p.m.

Printed copies are available if needed during office hours. To provide public comment, email sshelley@fairfieldtown-UT.gov. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing. Fairfield Town is considering vacating the town right-of-way approximately located at 200 East and 220 North. There will be a public hearing on July 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Fairfield Town Office (103 East Main Street, Fairfield, Utah).
Any comments or objections to the road vacation can be made at the public hearing or will need to be filed with the Fairfield Town Recorder within 48 hours of the public hearing at sshelley@fairfieldtown-ut.gov, or PO Box 271, Fairfield, Utah 84013.
