Notice is hereby given that Jonathan & Karen Saluone have filed a Petition to the Sanpete County Planning Commission for recommending approval to amend and vacate a portion of lot 1 of the J. Saluone Subdivision to go back to agriculture land. The affected area would consist of 4.46 acres. The affected property is located West of Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The J. Saluone Subdivision is recorded as an approved subdivision. More specifically described as parcel #S-64763.

A public hearing has been scheduled at the Sanpete County Commission Chambers in the Sanpete County Courthouse on the day of August 13, 2025, at 6:30p.m. If no written objections are received, the public hearing will be cancelled.
