- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JULY 7, 2025 1:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Chris and Barbie Riccardelli are seeking subdivision plat amendment approval to combine Lots 16 and 17 in the Stonebury Estates Subdivision located at 2563 E 700 S. 2. Arlington Scientific Inc. is seeking commercial site plan approval for a warehouse addition located at 1844 N Technology Drive. 3. Southern Utah Valley Power Systems is seeking commercial site plan approval for the expansion of the Dry Creek Substation located at 1600 S 1200 W.
