PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL - SPECIAL EXCEPTION 2399-2215 W WHITE PINE LANE, PARK CITY Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with the Summit County Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a Special Exception to Section 10-4-10.B.1 of the Code. The Applicant is requesting to have the grade of their intersecting road to be 3% for 70 feet instead of the Code required 100 feet. The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, August 6, 2025 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N. The applicant, J. Christopher Stuhmer, is proposing to rebuild the Entry way of White Pine Ln at its intersection with White Pine Canyon Rd. the reconstructed Road would have a 3% slope for the first 70 feet ant transition into a 10% slope. The Summit County Code requires intersections to have a 3% slope for the first 100 feet.
