- The Richmond City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing a COG (Cache County Council of Governments) grant application for funding to engineer a new road at 300 North State from State Street to 200 West.
