Description/Agenda
The Garden City Cemetery will be accepting sealed bids for installation of pumped irrigation watering system. This work will include the following: - Digging of trenches - Tie into existing water line with two stop and waste valves - Installing new water line to and from pump station - Wiring electricity to water pump and filtration system - Installation of back flow prevention system A Bidders Conference will be held at the Garden City Cemetery on July 16th at 9 am. At this conference potential bidders can inspect the area and ask questions related to the project. If you are interested in bidding on this project, please submit your sealed bid to Jayne Davis at PO Box 544, Garden City, Utah 84028. The winning bidder must provide a copy of a current business license, proof of workers compensation and liability insurance coverage. Bids will be accepted until July 19, 2025. Garden City Cemetery is not responsible for lost mail. Project must be completed by August 1, 2025, weather permitting. This project will be under the direction of the Garden City Cemetery Board.
