HINCKLEY TOWN - COUNCIL SEAT VACANCY
NOTICE is hereby given that Hinckley Town, in compliance with Utah Code Annotated, §20A-1-510, will appoint an individual to fill a vacant council seat. The council seat was vacated on July 1, 2025.
Those interested in being considered for appointment of this council seat position shall have until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, to submit their name for consideration along with any accompanying portfolio, if they so desire to Hinckley Town Clerk Tresa Taylor.
Qualified individuals must be a registered voter in Hinckley Town and meet the qualifications for office as described in U.C.A. §10-3-301. Qualified applicants will be provided an opportunity to briefly address the Town Council members and may be asked to answer some questions posed to them at the Town Council meeting held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley.
