- NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd of June, 2025, the Sevier County Commission adopted Ordinance 2025-6-1 imposing a Transient Room Tax not to exceed 4.5% on Short-term Rentals of Accommodations and Services as authorized by UCA 59-12-301. A complete copy of the ordinance is available for review in the Sevier County Clerk/Auditor Office, 250 N Main, Suite 100, Richfield, Utah.
