NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2025 Provo River Bridge and Trail at 820 North project Bid No. PR2025001011. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. July 31, 2025, through online means of U3P (Bonfire). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: removal of the existing bridge and construction of a new 83-foot-wide single-span bridge over the Provo River. Additionally, roadway reconstruction, installation of curb and gutter, drainage system upgrades, water utility work, trail construction, and landscaping. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by June 15, 2026. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Qualifications, and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at Bonfire (www.purchasing.utah.gov) July 7, 2025. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Will be held July 16, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Provo City Public Works 1377 S 350 E, Provo, UT 84606. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald July 5, 12, 14 2025; posted on Bonfire beginning July 7, 2025 through July 31, 2025. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 2025 Provo City Streets Rehabilitation Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
