Call to order: Mayor Chuck Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Public Hearing - Invite public comment concerning modification to yard setbacks in the R-2 and R-3 residential zones. 2. Elliott Anderson, Manti City Fire Chief - Discussion concerning drought conditions and outdoor fire safety, including fireworks. 3. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 2025-4, concerning reduction of yard setbacks in the R-2 and R-3 zones. 4. Discussion concerning compensation for Mayor and City Council. 5. Audit Report & Financial Review - review of FY 2024 audit and June 2025 statements. 6. Continuing Business. a. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040). b. Historic Preservation Commission. c. Short-term rental ordinance. d. Inland Port project. 7. Councilmember Reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Chuck Bigelow. 10. Consideration of approval for minutes of last Council Meeting (June 18th Public Hearing and Council Meeting) 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
