Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday July 16, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Tye Harrison to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from RSF (Residential Single Family) to CC (Commercial City Center) at property located at 15 East Main. Tax Id. #10-021-0003.
