King Irrigation - Full Pressurization Project Conditional Use Permit - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to replace existing open irrigation canals with an underground pressurized irrigation pipeline (Use Type 5610 - Utility Facility, Distribution) in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 2. Saddle Ridge Subdivision - A request to create a 21-lot subdivision on 213.26 acres, located at ~7000 S. 1400 W., Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Staff is recommending a further continuance be granted. a. This item was granted a three month continuation at the April 3rd, 2025 Planning Commission meeting. 3. Rose Hill Subdivision 2nd Amendment - A request to amend an existing 3-lot subdivision with an agricultural remainder. The amendment will modify the agricultural remainder by creating a new building lot. The subdivision is located at 5138 W. 3230 S., Wellsville in the Rural 2 (RU2) Zone. Regular Action Items 4. GGUSA Hyrum LLC CUP - A request to create and operate a Utility Facility, Distribution (Use Type 5610) on 5.10 acres, located at 4650 S. 1200 W., Hyrum, in the Industrial (I) Zone. 5. Discussion: Honey Solar Code Amendment 6. Discussion: Short Term Rentals Board Member Reports Staff reports Adjourn
