Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Cancellation of the Municipal Primary Election Santa Clara City, Utah Pursuant to Utah Code § 20A 1 206, Santa Clara City hereby gives notice that the Municipal Primary Election scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, has been cancelled. The cancellation is due to the fact that the number of candidates who filed for municipal office does not exceed twice the number of open positions for any at-large race, and no qualified write-in candidates have filed. As such, a primary election is not required by state law.
