Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Meeting Called to Order: - Invocation or Thought by Commissioner King - Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner Shea - Adoption of Meeting Agenda 2. Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for June 17, 2025 3. Oath of Office Ceremony 4. Leadership Election 5. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 6. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Request by Chad Spencer for approval of a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center expansion at approximately 535 W 2700 S. The project contains approximately 3.35 acres in the A-1 zone. 7. Public Hearing: General Plan Map/Zoning Amendment - Request by Fort Street Partners for a General Plan Map amendment and rezone at approximately 3400 W 1700 S. The proposed General Commercial (GC) zoning will be applied to approximately 1.58 acres, currently designated Medium Density Residential on the General Plan Map and zoned Residential (R-1). 8.
