- Notice is hereby given that Enoch City will hold a Municipal Primary Election to eliminate one candidate from the field of Mayor candidates (thereby reducing Mayor candidates to 2 for the General Election ballot). Each Mayor seat is a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the Mayor candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: Noel J Wells Jim Rushton Katherine A Ross 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
