Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a zone change from the OSC-20 (Open Space Conservation 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the OST-20 (Open Space Transition 20-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel considered for re-zoning is 3001-TR-STL. The property is approximately located at 1300 E 2300 N, New Harmony UT 84757. The applicant is Dusty Pulsipher. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
