- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF MORGAN, UTAH NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, that the City Council of Morgan, Utah, will hold a Special Meeting and Public Hearings in open public session in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Morgan City Offices at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: - An Ordinance Enacting Compensation Increase for Specific Officers Prior to the public hearing, supporting documentation will be posted on the City website at www.morganutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 821-4287. The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted within the Morgan City limits on this 27 day of June, 2025, at the Morgan City Hall, on the Utah Public Notice Website - www.utah.gov/pmn, the City's website - www.morganutah.gov. and three public places within the City.
