NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on July 8, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT.
- To consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estates) to R-5 (Multi-Family Residential), for the property located at approximately 2349 West 6000 South
- To consider amendments to Title 10 - Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 10 - General Property Development Standards, ยง 24 - Tables of Lot and Setback Requirements for Primary Buildings, Table 10-1 - Minimum Lot and Setback Requirements for Primary Building in Residential Zones (Minimum Yard Requirements - Front Yard)
