IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS - Proposed Zone Change The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action (recommendation) during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a zone change from Residential 1/2 Acre (R-1/2) and Residential 5 Acre (R-5) to Rural Agriculture 20 Acre (RA-20) - Located near 3200 N 2625 W, Cedar City, UT. Applicant: Legrande WEBSTER Approximately 52.25 acres located within the S1/2 SW1/4 Section 21, T35S, R11W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APNs: D-0624-0001-0000; D-0624-0000-0000; D-0621-0001-0019; D-0621-0001-0001-02; & D-0621-0001-0001-01), properties currently zoned R-1/2 & R-5.
