- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing a COG (Cache County Council of Governments) grant application for funding to construct a new road at approximately 925 South from 100 East to 250 East.
