- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA (Relief Mine Company 2025) June 5, 2025 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Utah County Commission, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., in Room 1400, County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah, to consider an Agriculture Protection Area for the Relief Mine Company 2025 in Section 17 & 18, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, with a total area of 174.67 acres. The Utah County Planning Commission recommended the proposed Agricultural Protection Area. The Utah County Agricultural Advisory Board recommended the same, that the proposed Agricultural Protection Area be approved. Any person or entity may attend the public hearing and comment for or against the proposed Agriculture Protection Area or provide written objection to the proposal to the Utah County Commission prior to the date of the public hearing.
