- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday July 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.09 - Off-Street Parking and Chapter 19.16 - Site and Architectural Design Standards. These proposed changes establish buffer requirements for new non-residential development adjacent to existing residential development and add required setbacks for drive-thrus adjacent to residential developments. City-wide City Initiated. 2. Beacon Pointe Village Plan 8 - Porter Haven. Located approximately at Ensign Drive and Mountain View Corridor. Ryan Bull as applicant. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/pendingapps. Posted: June 26, 2025
