11.24.030 and 10.20.060 of the Ephraim City Municipal Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly
make recommendation to the Ephraim City Council regarding the proposed Cedar Point subdivision, located at
approximately 400 W and future 480 S
The applicant, Joseph Gallagher with CVG-Ephraim South LLC, is requesting the subdivision to divide a
portion of Assessor's Parcel 6198, consisting of approximately 2 acres, into 12 parcels, ranging between
.139 and .191 acres for the purpose of a single-family subdivision
The public meeting will be held:
