NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on July 8, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Animal Management Plan: A proposed animal management plan by Ashley Richards for her property located at 18423 W Carter Cir., parcel #: 55:158:0009, zoning currently under review. The Richards currently have 3 miniature goats and one miniature pony enclosed in their lot. However, their property is currently too small to allow livestock according to EMMC 6.10.080. The Richards hope to mitigate nuisances from the livestock enough through their management plan to obtain an exception to these standards. Meta/Available Storage Cell Tower: Site Plan review and recommendation of a proposed 120' telecommunication tower located at the southwest corner of the Available Storage facility (2681 N. Marketplace 4: Amended preliminary plat of Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center Phase 4 on Parcel 67:122.0002, Parcel 59:044:0191, and Parcel 59:044:0015. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Dave Stroud, dstroud@eaglemountain.gov
Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments:
EMMC 17.100 Site Plan Review: Amending Chapter 17.100 regarding site plan submission requirements. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Dave Stroud, dstroud@eaglemountain.gov
Consolidated Fee Schedule Amendment: Planning Commission review and recommendation of a proposed amendment to the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule to add fees for Site Plan and Minor Plat Amendments. EMC Point of Contact: Brandon Larsen, blarsen@eaglemountain.gov
Materials for the public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
