NOTICE OF THE MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION ON
TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025.
The following offices are to be voted on for Harrisville City:
CITY COUNCIL MEMBER (4-YEAR-TERM) - TWO SEATS AVAILABLE
The following individuals have declared candidacy and will appear on the ballot:
Stephen Weiss
Brenda Nelson
Tracy Martinez
Greg Montgomery
Steven Hempel
Jason Hadley
VOTERS: Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old or older by the date of the General Election in order to participate.
VOTING:
Vote-by Mail election. All eligible voters will receive a ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day.
- Ballot Drop Box Locations can be found at https://www.weberelections.gov/. Ballot Drop Boxes are available at all of these locations and are available 24/7 until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Polling Locations can be found at https://www.weberelections.gov/. Polling Locations will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day for any voter in Weber County to return their ballots or vote in person.
- Accommodations are available for voters with disabilities. Please call 801-399-8034 for more information.
- Early Voting will be held at the Weber Center Basement Vote Center, 2380 Washington Blvd Ogden. August 5th - August 8th from Noon - 6 PM.
A public demonstration will be held on July 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. to test the voting system that will be used for the Primary Election. A post-election audit of the Primary Election will be held on August 19, 2025, at 12:15 p.m. Both events will be held in the basement of the Weber Center (2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden).

The foregoing public notice was posted in accordance with Utah Code Annotated noticing requirements and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law.
