RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meetings held on June 3 and June 15, 2025 the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 2025-18 awarded a bid for the 2025 Stormwater Improvement Project to Ormond Construction - Resolution 2025-19 adopted the FY2025 Amendments Log - Resolution 2025-20 amended the Consolidated Fee Schedule - Resolution 2025-21 adopted a nonreciprocal interfund transfer report - Resolution 2025-22 adopted the certified tax rate - Resolution 2025-23 adopted the FY2026 budget - Resolution 2025-24 amended the Personnel Policies & Procedures Handbook - Resolution 2025-25 authorized an agreement for non-consent vehicle towing services - Ordinance 993 affirmed salaries for the city council and mayor - Ordinance 994 affirmed salary for the justice court judge - Ordinance 995 amended RCC 10-8 regarding agricultural zones I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on June 26, 2025, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ____________________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
