Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a Rezone Application to change the zoning district on property located at 400 S 1200 W from A-5 (Agricultural District) to R-M-7 (Multiple Residential District) on approximately 192 acres. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
