NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springdale Town Council will hold a public hearing as described below. The hearing will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767. Springdale Town Council Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM 1. Public Hearing - Ordinance 2025-10: Changes to Chapter 10-24 of the Town Code Relating to A-frame and Portable Signs. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by July 3, 2025, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
