EAGLE MOUNTAIN SENIOR CITIZEN ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING July 1, 2025 10:00 AM Eagle Mountain Senior Center 1632 East Heritage Drive, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005 1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance 4. July Activities a. Senior Council July 1 at 10:00 AM b. Lunch Bunch July 3rd restaurant Brunch Café in Eagle Mountain c. Lunches July 2,9,10,16,17,23, 30, and 31 d. No Lunch on July 24 Pioneer Day e. Bingo July 21 Joye or Mary in charge of food f. July 28, 5 pm presentation by Todd Black on the Sage Grouse g. Wednesday oil painting with instructor h. Exercise class July 10,17,31 at 11:15 am i. Puzzles, painting and quilts every Thursday. 5. August Activities a. Lunch Bunch August 7 restaurant to be named b. Lunches served August 6,13,14,20,21,27 and 28 c. Exercise class August 14,21, and 28th d. Painting with instructor every Wednesday e. Puzzles, quilts and painting every Wednesday and Thursdays. No painting instructor on Thursdays. f. Bingo August 18th Bingo, either Joye or Mary in charge of refreshments. g. August 25th Activity to be determined (possible meet the candidate night.) or in September 6. September Activities a. Senior Council meeting September 2 at 10 AM at Senior Center b. Lunch bunch September 4th restaurant to be determined c. Lunches served September 3,10,11,17,18,24, and 25, d. Exercise class September 11,18,25 e. Bingo September 15 refreshments by to be determined f. September 22 possible meet the Candidate Night. Pizza Party?? g. Wednesday and Thursday painting, puzzle sand quilts as usual 7. Upcoming events a. Tyson Tour b. Posable Picnic Lunch at Vivian Park Box Lunches from Mo Bettas or Kentucky Fried Chicken each person paying for their lunch. Watermelon for desert furnished by Senior Council c. Craft class for September possibly d. Refreshments at one of our activity nights furnished by seniors, plan a meal that everybody can bring something purchased at the store of local café. A planned potluck with store bought items, on our 4th Monday Activity night light refreshments such as finger foods, veggie tray, meat and cheese tray. e. We can do hamburger sandwiches at one of our activities, Tyson left us with quite a bit of frozen patties.
