- Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendments: Title 15 Amendments to Modify Land Use Regulations Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on proposed changes to the City's Municipal Code. Title 15 Reimbursable Projects Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on proposed changes to the City's Reimbursable Costs Municipal Code 15.4.12.070. Zone Change: Walmart Development Enhancement Overlay Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to change the zoning of a property from C-2 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay to expand online pickup. The subject property is located at 1206 North Canyon Creek Parkway. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
