Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a fencing permit: Steve Higgins is requesting a fencing permit on his property located at 470 West 100 South 3. Request for a home business license: Tamara Wheeler is requesting a home business license at her residence located at 622 South Main She will be making candy. 4. Request for a home business license: Ruth and Jan Christensen are requesting a home business license at their residence located at 250 East Sunset Drive. Their business is Christensen Real Estate Holdings. 5. Request for a home business license: Camille Peterson is requesting a home business license at her residence located at 185 West Center. She would like to put in a salon. 6. Calendar for 2012. 7. Other business. Dated and Posted: January 24, 2012 ____________________ Stella S.
